Bodyfit Pilates & Yoga studio offers a timetable of over over 65 classes a week from 6am - 9pm every day. Our local instructors are dedicated, caring and enthusiastic. Our class schedule covers a variety of class styles, from reformer and mat pilates, barre for fitness and toning, yoga for strength or relaxation, kids & teen yoga, our Fastaweigh nutrition courses for weight loss and wellness, meditation and regular workshops and masterclasses.
