Bodyfit Pilates & Yoga studio offers a timetable of over over 80 classes a week from 6am - 9pm every day.  Our local instructors are dedicated, caring and enthusiastic.  Our class schedule covers a variety of class styles, from reformer and mat pilates to build strength and length, barre for fitness and toning, yoga for flexibility and relaxation, kids yoga, teen barre and specialised classes in pilates and yoga for seniors and those with mobility issues. We also offer our FastaWeigh nutrition courses for weight loss and wellness, meditation and regular workshops and masterclasses. We cater for all fitness levels and goals. New to the studio?
