"For years I have taught classes and individuals many different exercises in all sorts of amazing formats and combinations. When people really try and understand and feel what they are doing, you see them succeed. This takes focus and understanding of how you move. The control and understanding of your body is extraordinarily empowering" This is why I love pilates!

When she was a busy mother of two young children, ridden with work stress and anxiety, she walked into a yoga studio, took a Vinyasa class and was instantly hooked.
