This is a free info session to learn more about FastaWeigh, a nutrition program created by Bodyfit co-owner and Nutritionist Liz O'Connell. In this free 60 minute info session you will learn the basic scientific principles of FastaWeigh and why it is a sustainable weight loss program for health and wellness.
This FastaWeigh information session is free but reservations are essential to hold your place.
About The FastaWeigh 8 Week Program.
Liz also runs an 8-week FastaWeigh program at Bodyfit. In the 8 week course, you learn about how to use intermittent fasting and low-carb eating to meet your weight loss and wellness goals. The group meet for an hour a week. At the start of each weekly meeting you learn about a new nutrition topic followed by Q&A with Liz, support discussion and goal setting for the week ahead. During the 8 weeks, all FastaWeigh Course members also receive support in a private WhatsApp group accessible only by the course members and Liz.
