If you have ever been pregnant, had an umbilical hernia or carried a lot of weight around your middle, you may have Diastasis Recti, also known as Abdominal Separation, Split Abs or the dreaded Mummy Tummy
Diastasis Recti can cause weakness in the core, lower back pain, gas or bloating (particularly noticeable by the end of the day) and a mummy tummy (or pot belly) that just wont shift.
