About the Program In the Weighless Workshop we learn about how the Weighless Wellness program uses Intermittent Fasting and Low-Carb eating to maximise weight loss and wellness. We will then set our individual weight loss and/or wellness goals. These can be fat loss, body measurement goals or improvement of metabolic markers as discussed with your doctor.
Measurements (optional!) We will weigh in to record starting weight and also take waist, hip, upper leg and upper arm measurements. This is optional but measurements (even more so than the number on the scales) are the best way to see if you are losing fat, not muscle which is important. You can also do this in the privacy of your own home if you prefer.
Fasting Plan We will learn about different ways to introduce Intermittent Fasting into our daily life and decide on individual fasting goals for the first 2 weeks of the Weighless Wellness Program.
Healthy Eating Plan We will learn about the benefits of eating a low carbohydrate diet. Liz will give out Low-Carb food lists as your program guide. We will then work together on some sample meal plans.
Q & A and set up of the Private WhatsApp group for those continuing on to the 8-week support program.
