Bodyfit co-owner Liz O'Connell is a nutritionist and the creator of FastaWeigh , a scientifically based nutrition program that uses intermittent fasting and low-carb eating for weight loss and to improve metabolic health. Liz runs the FastaWeigh Program at Bodyfit.
