Bodyfit co-owner Liz O'Connell is a nutritionist and the creator of FastaWeigh , a scientifically based nutrition program that uses intermittent fasting and low-carb eating for weight loss and to improve metabolic health. Liz runs the FastaWeigh Program (formerly called Weighless Wellness) at Bodyfit.
There is a new FastaWeigh Support group for those that have done the FastaWeigh 8 week course or had private consultations with Liz. It is on Mondays from 7 - 7.30 pm (starting April 29th). Please book your spot for each week in the support group on the regular class timetable or call (03) 520 7778. If you are doing another Bodyfit class before or after, you may stop in for a quick check in but you must still book your spot.
