Bodyfit Pilates & Yoga studio offers a timetable of over over 65 classes from 6am - 9pm every day.  Our local instructors are dedicated, caring and enthusiastic.  Our class schedule covers a variety of class styles, from reformer and mat pilates, yoga for strength or relaxation, kids & teen yoga, nutrition courses for weight loss and wellness, meditation and regular workshops and masterclasses. We cater for all fitness levels and goals.
