Mums & Bubs classes are specifically designed for your post natal needs. Our goal is for you to enjoy a safe environment and build fitness and core strength while enjoying the company of other mothers and their babies. BYOB (Bring Your Own Baby)

Mums n Bubs - Friday 10.30am - Return to Exercise. A combination of Pilates Mat and Barre to get post natal mums moving again after childbirth. BYOB - Suitable for babies that are not yet crawling.
Mumma Reformer - Tuesday 11.30am - Restore Your Core With a focus on adressing abdominal separation, pelvic floor and strengthening your core using the Reformer Pilates machines. BYOB - baby & toddler friendly
Mumma Mat - (coming soon) A strength based Mat Pilates class incorporating small apparatus to improve balance and build muscle tone in a challenging child friendly workout. BYOB - toddler friendly.
PRICING - Mumma 10 pack - $225 Mumma packs be used for ANY class at Bodyfit including Mumma classes. Bodyfit Full Pass Packs and memberships can also be used to pay for Mumma classes. Casual classes are $30.
Bree is a qualified pre and post-natal Pilates instructor and a mum to young Parker. Bree is passionate about helping mothers restore their core and build strength and tone by using tried and tested Pilates principles for post-natal women. In addition to her specialist post- natal training, Bree also teaches Reformer Pilates classes at Bodyfit.
