It’s important to keep moving
Pregnancy is a time to nurture your body and therefore it is our recommendation that a sudden increase to your exercise routine may not be what you body needs at this time. Pregnant women who exercise have less back pain, more energy, a better body image and post-delivery, a faster return to their pre-pregnancy shape. At Bodyfit Pilates and Yoga you will require a doctors certificate to state that you are fit to attend Pilates and Yoga. Once you are 33 weeks we ask that you participate in either private sessions, pre/postnatal, yin yoga, combo reformer or the mums & bubs classes only. If you are unsure if our classes are right for you please don't hesitate to contact us. Always consult your Doctor before starting an exercise program.
