At Bodyfit Pilates & Yoga, we offer over 50 classes each week from Monday through Sunday. Our weekly schedule includes regular classes as well as pop-up classes, in which instructors choose what they'd like to teach.
How to Book
Use the timetable above to book with our online booking system, or use our Bodyfit app to book on the go. Either method requires a current membership.
Filter the available classes by day or time of day, type of class and instructor using the drop-down menus found at the top of the time table. If you want to skip ahead to a different month, click the Full Calendar button.
Pop-up classes are available every week in our timetable. These are specialty classes that are designed to challenge your body and mind. By giving you a break from your regular weekly routine, you'll have the option to attend a class on a different time or day than your normally scheduled classes and you’ll also get to experience specialty workouts, such as a Pilates for weight loss class.
As you browse the schedule, please keep in mind that are classes are limited and popular times tend to fill up quickly. If you book a waitlist class, you will be notified if a spot becomes available up to four hours prior to the class start time.
