Join Bodyfit owner Liz O'Connell for the 8 week Weighless Wellness Nutrition Course. The course starts with a 3 hour workshop where we learn about how to use Intermittent Fasting and Low Carb eating to meet your Wellness goals. We will then meet for an hour a week.
At the start of each weekly meeting we learn about a new Nutrition topic followed by Q&A with Liz and support discussion. During the 8 weeks, all Weighless Course members also receive support in a private WhatsApp group accessible only by the course members and Liz. More detail on what is covered at the workshop and each week is detailed below.
The next course starts with a workshop on Saturday October 13th from 2-5pm and weekly meetings at Wednesdays at 7pm (Wednesday October 17th to December 12th).
